Plaster Ceiling Wiring Add-On

Plaster ceiling wiring should be planned before the ceiling board is closed. This helps reduce future hacking, extra access opening, messy cable routing and additional repair cost.

Progress Update & Final Handover

• For selected wiring projects, owner updates can be provided throughout the work progress, especially for multi-day renovation or full wiring jobs. Final site inspection, functional checking and handover review will be carried out upon completion to ensure the completed work is checked, explained and properly handed over. 

Important Note

Wiring price depends on property type, number of points, installation method, cable distance, material selection, ceiling/wall condition, DB requirement, concealed/surface method, plaster ceiling access and required protection level.

Site inspection, floor plan or site photos will help us prepare a more accurate quotation.

For plaster ceiling works, wiring point location, lighting layout, fan position and switch zoning should be confirmed before ceiling board closing.

If the project involves major renovation waste, ceiling board waste, hacking debris, old wiring materials or large construction rubbish, RORO bin / waste disposal charges may be included in the quotation depending on site condition and disposal requirement.
